Course Structure & Content

Our 8-day Ultimate CASPer Crash Course is structured to build your skills progressively and give you plenty of practice:

• Days 1–6: Mastering Key CASPer Skills – Each content day focuses on critical CASPer domains and question types. We’ll cover:

• Ethical Decision-Making & Professionalism: Learn core medical ethics principles (autonomy, beneficence, etc.) and professional behaviour. Understand how to identify ethical dilemmas and respond with integrity and honesty.

• Conflict Resolution & Teamwork: Tackle scenarios involving disagreements between peers or colleagues and teamwork challenges. Practice respectful communication, speaking up appropriately, and resolving conflicts using proven frameworks (like the CARE approach for conflict).

• Empathy, Advocacy & Bedside Manner: Work on scenarios where someone is distressed, facing discrimination, or needs support. Learn how to show empathy effectively (not just sympathy) and advocate for others, while maintaining professionalism.

Each of these content days includes examples and tutor-demonstrated answers, followed by group discussions. You’ll practice responding to scenario prompts in writing and via video, and get feedback on your approach. • Days 7–8: Full Mock Exams & 1-on-1 Feedback – Now it’s time to put it all together. Over the final two days, you will sit two full CASPer mock exams in a realistic exam-like setting. Yes, we do. Our Medicine/Detistry Interview Preparation Program will run in November, closer to the Curtin, UWA & Notre Dame interview period.
